Make time durations easier to use in the gem, instead of the PTnHnMnS format.

QuickBooks uses the format 'PTnHnMnS' to encode a time duration. I should make this easier for gem users, perhaps by using the days_and_times gem.

Added the days_and_times rubygem source into the Quickbooks gem. Now, for any duration, you can simply use common english time terms: 1.hour + 20.minutes. You can also specify time as a string formatted like this: "1:20.00" (seconds are optional).
