Connector > should xml-encode the request-xml message when responding with error messages.

The Connector responds with the error message, but the message sometimes contains xml. This xml should be escaped so that the Rubygem's parser doesn't get messed up.

Changed the way errors are sent back to the adapter. They now raise a HTTPConnectorError error.
