I need to code in an exception to the default behavior of adding 'Add' for repeatable elements.

- State changed from “new” to “resolved”
Found a principle to code in instead of exceptions: When the repeating element is not a model (this indicates it has no 'Add' version of its xsd), then don't try to use the 'Add' or 'Mod' version of the class.
